These smaller footprint stores place greater emphasis on drinks and cabinet offerings together with retail. Pavilion stores bake all their own scones, muffins and slices and prepare a number of delicious savoury foods and pastries on site.

Successful candidates will undergo full training both prior and after the opening of their store with ongoing training provided throughout the franchise term. As Pavilion stores do not necessarily require chefs, candidates will be shown basic food preparation and baking aspects to get them ready for opening.
